Start with your anti-theft windows!
Are you interested in weakness-resistant windows? This is nice!
Theft protection must be considered when taking windows because the majority of the theft crimes have entered the window from the windows. And thieves take everything, just no time. In this respect, every minute that the window can withstand theft attempts is important. The defenders have proved that they have quit their efforts in just a few minutes. For this reason, the criminal probe recommends: When taking a window, pay attention to the theft protection class (RC2). With Proplast windows, they choose the best safety components on the sash.
Pretty clever attempts to break
the entire circumference of the fixed center bar prevents the wing from opening forcibly for improved thermal insulation values, as well as providing a third seal in the window frame, on the other hand.
Breathe in: Increase the safety of your windows in a safe way with a safe inside.
Live carefree with Proplast technology
Adhesive technology for added security
Glued windows were used for the first time in vehicle construction and established themselves as an industry standard. Proplast has already recognized the advantages of this technology and has developed it for the specific requirements of building windows.
The pane is glued to the profiler everywhere. The adhesive causes an extra strong connection between the disc and the wing: it is the best way to prevent the diskin blade profile from going out, and thus the resistance class against theft is an important prerequisite for RC2.
Overview resistance classes RC
Different classes of resistance have been distinguished for the classification of the theft resistance. In September 2011, a new European standard anti-theft series was released. The new standard (DIN EN 1627) now distinguishes between RC 1 N and RC 6. RC stands for "Resistance Class" in English.
The following table shows the default theft operations for the resistance classes RC 1 N to RC 6 (WK 1 to WK 6).
|DIN EN 1627||DIN V ENV 1627 (09 / 2011' up to)||Resistance Time||Guilty Type / Procedure|
|RC 1N||3 min||The components of this class have only a basic protection against attempts to suffer from physical abuse, such as trampling, tearing. This class only works with standard glazed windows.|
|RC 2 N||WK 2 Without Security Glass||3 min||In this case, the screwdriver, pliers, wedge, etc., are used to forcefully open the temporary criminal-locked component. It uses simple tools such as. Since an attack on the glass is left out, this class is only made with standard glass.|
|RC 2||WK 2||3 min||Criminal type and procedure correspond to the previous class. However, safety glass is required according to EN 356 from class RC 2.|
|RC 3||WK 3||5 min||The usual offender uses another screwdriver and an accident bar to prevent the locked component from opening.|
|RC 4||WK 4||10 min||For theft, the experienced perpetrator uses a cordless drill as well as impact and saw tools.|
|RC 5||WK 5||15 min||In addition, experienced perpetrators use electrical tools such as drills, jigsaws or saber saws and angle grinders. 125 mm disc diameter.|
|RC 6||WK 6||20 min||The only difference in the previous resistance class is a max. 250 mm disc diameter.|
